Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission. Just lemme know.I. General Terms
• Please provide references when possible.
• If not possible, please provide a neat explanation of your character.
• Be kind and respectful to me, as the artist.
• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated, and the commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
II. Payment
• I will only accept a commission if you have access to PayPal.
• My commissions are paid in two deposits;
1st Before I begin the commission.
2nd After the completed sketch.
Failure to comply with this will result in the cancellation of the commission.
Exception: If work is under $15 USD it will be paid in one payment.

• I am a fast worker. The time to complete your commission should take up to a month maximum. Depending on factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school, or family issues.
• If any of the things above occur you will be notified if necessary.IV. Customer Satisfaction• I pride myself in being an easy person to talk to (it’s the anxiety).
Through early WIPs, I will make small changes (clothing, design, background/prop elements) as requested. If I believe it is getting excessive, I will give you a warning. If that warning is ignored, I will continue with my work as normal.
• However, I will not do changes once the commission is completed. Please be as clear as possible in the beginning.V. Copyright / Usage PolicyI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore, I am allowed to use the completed artwork to:Promote myself with in any place or site.

To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioners are allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off it in any way).
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
